SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent by Granite City Water (a trade name of Midwest Solutions LLC, Clearwater, MN) to customers and prospective customers in Central Minnesota who provide a mobile phone number to us. By providing your number through our website, over the phone, or in person, you agree to these terms.
Types of messages & purpose
Granite City Water sends text messages for customer service and transactional purposes only, such as:
- Responding to a quote request submitted through our website quiz.
- Confirming, scheduling, or rescheduling an installation appointment.
- Reminders ahead of a scheduled install.
- Updates about an in-progress or completed installation.
- Order and shipping updates for replacement filters or parts purchased in our shop.
We do not send bulk marketing or promotional text blasts.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. For example, a single quote request or installation may generate a handful of messages (confirmation, reminder, day-of, and follow-up); you will not receive recurring messages once your request is closed out.
Message & data rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Granite City Water does not charge for text messages; any charges come from your carrier.
Opt-out & help
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You’ll receive one final message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent unless you contact us again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except as needed to deliver the message itself (for example, our text messaging platform). We may update these terms from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
