Mixed-bed softener
Ends hard-water spots and scale
Pulls out the calcium and magnesium that leave spots on dishes, scale on fixtures, and a film on your skin. Softer water also means your water heater and appliances last longer.
One premium system for Central Minnesota’s hard, chlorinated water: mixed-bed softener, carbon filtration, and reverse osmosis at the tap. Installed by our own local plumber for a flat $2,899. No in-home sales visit, no upsells, and no payment until the job is done.
Home base
St. Cloud, Minnesota
Installing in Stearns, Benton, Sherburne, and Wright counties.
Why the water here is so hard
Minnesota has some of the hardest water in the country. Around here, groundwater picks up calcium and magnesium on its way through the glacial deposits beneath us, which is why nearly every home fights spots and scale.
Local, not a franchise
One shop, one team, one system. A real person answers the email, and the plumber who installs your system is the one who shows up if you ever need us again. If you have a 320 number, you’re probably in range.
Simple on purpose
Tired of high-pressure water treatment companies treating you like a pushy mechanic, scaring you with fake water tests and quoting $7,000 for a simple softener?
Get a premium whole-home mixed-bed filtration system plus under-sink reverse osmosis for $2,899 flat, out the door. Installed by a licensed Master Plumber with $0 down. You only pay after the job is complete and you’re 100% satisfied.
No in-home sales visit
The quiz replaces the two-hour pitch at your kitchen table. The first time we come over is to install.
The same system for every home
No good-better-best ladder. Everyone gets the system we'd put in our own house, installed the same careful way.
Pay when the job is done
No deposit, no financing pitch. You pay once your water is fixed and you've seen it for yourself.
The system
Each stage handles a different problem with Central Minnesota water. Together they cover hardness, chlorine, and drinking-water quality.
Ends hard-water spots and scale
Pulls out the calcium and magnesium that leave spots on dishes, scale on fixtures, and a film on your skin. Softer water also means your water heater and appliances last longer.
Removes chlorine taste and odor
Strips the chlorine and chloramine that municipal water is treated with, so showers stop smelling like a pool and every tap in the house tastes clean.
Bottled-quality drinking water
A dedicated drinking-water faucet at the kitchen sink. Bottled-quality water, minus the plastic bottles and the trips to the store.
Installed by our own plumber. A licensed, insured member of our team, not a subcontractor, handles every install, sets up the system, and walks you through it before leaving.
How it works
Take the 60-second quiz
Four quick questions so we know your home is a fit. No pushy phone call, no in-home visit.
We confirm your install date
We reach out within 24 hours to lock in a day that works for you.
Our installer does the job
A licensed, insured plumber on our own team installs the full system, usually in about half a day.
Pay when it's done
One flat $2,899. Nothing due until the system is running and you've seen the difference.
Pricing
The price on this page is the price on your invoice. No trip charges, no add-on fees, no surprise upgrades on install day.
Whole-Home System
$2,899
Flat rate, fully installed. City water homes.
No payment required until the job is done.
Service area
We only install where we can show up ourselves: the St. Cloud metro and the communities around it. That keeps install days predictable and means the person who put in your system is the one who comes back if you ever need a hand.
Just outside these counties? Take the quiz anyway and we’ll let you know when we reach out.
Talk to a person

Because nearly every city-water home in Central Minnesota has the same two problems: hard water and chlorine. Rather than upsell tank sizes and add-ons, we standardized on one premium system that fixes both, plus reverse osmosis for drinking water. One system means better pricing from our supplier, faster installs, and no guessing on your end.
Correct. The quiz tells us what we need to know, and we confirm the details by phone or email. The first time we come to your house is to install your system.
Well water varies a lot (iron, sulfur, sediment, hardness), so our standard package is not always the right fit. Take the quiz anyway: we'll flag your request for a quick water test and put together a custom quote.
Installation requires the property owner's approval. If you rent, leave your details and we're happy to talk with your landlord, though we prioritize homeowner requests.
Most installs are done in about half a day. Your installer will walk you through the system, show you how to add salt, and answer questions before leaving.
After the job is complete and you're satisfied. We accept card, check, or cash. There is no deposit and no financing pitch.
